Vandana Pandit has been appointed as Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo. In her new role, she will leverage her extensive experience in fraud prevention, transactional quality, DCN estate servicing, and loan servicing to strengthen operational risk controls and ensure high standards of compliance and service delivery.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Vandana spent over seven years at Bank of America, where she served as Assistant Manager. During her tenure, she led key initiatives in fraud prevention and deceased customer servicing, collaborated with regulatory, compliance, and technology teams, and redesigned procedures to enhance accuracy and reduce operational risk across large-scale account remediation projects.
Earlier, she worked with Quatrro as Assistant Manager, managing back-office fraud management, claims, credit card verifications, and recovery processes. She also played a key role in leading large operational teams, training resources in Six Sigma methodologies, and improving productivity and accuracy across multiple functions.
With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Vandana brings deep expertise in fraud risk management, process improvement, and customer servicing. Her leadership at Wells Fargo is expected to drive further innovation and efficiency in operations and governance.
