Badrinath V. has been appointed as AVP – Portfolio Finance at Peak XV Partners. In his new role, he will focus on managing financial strategies, portfolio analysis, and supporting the firm’s investment and growth initiatives across diverse sectors. Based in Bengaluru, his appointment marks another milestone in his accomplished journey through the fields of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
Before joining Peak XV Partners, Badrinath served as Associate Director, Deals at PwC India, where he led several high-impact M&A and financial advisory projects. His responsibilities included due diligence, valuation, and strategic deal execution for clients across industries. His leadership and analytical skills helped strengthen PwC’s position as a trusted advisor in the deals and strategy space.
Earlier in his career, Badrinath worked as Senior Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions at Pixis, where he played a key role in driving corporate finance and acquisition strategies. Prior to that, he had a significant tenure at EY, progressing from Associate to Associate Vice President. During his time at EY, he managed multiple cross-border transactions, financial models, and strategic partnerships that contributed to business expansion and value creation.
Badrinath’s professional experience also includes roles at Shell, PwC India, and PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP. With over a decade of expertise in financial advisory, corporate strategy, and M&A execution, he brings deep insights into business transformation and strategic finance.
