An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, Souvik is a visionary business leader with over 25 years of experience in leading exponential growth across India’s construction chemicals sector. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record of scaling businesses across leading Indian and multinational organizations while spearheading mergers and acquisitions, developing advanced go-to-market strategies, and delivering profitable business outcomes across waterproofing, flooring, tiling solutions, concrete admixtures, and repair & rehabilitation segments. Prior to joining STP Limited, he served as Business Head at Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd., where he drove strategic business alignment, revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, innovation, and stakeholder management.
Earlier, Souvik held business leadership roles at Astral, Fosroc, Ardex Endura (India), Pidilite Industries, and Kansai Nerolac Paints, where he played a pivotal role in expanding businesses, strengthening market leadership, and driving commercial excellence across diverse product portfolios and geographies. His extensive experience spans sales and marketing leadership, business transformation, strategic planning, market expansion, and organizational development, making him one of the industry’s accomplished business leaders.
