Saurabh Verma has been appointed as AVP – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Flipspaces, marking a significant transition in his career from design leadership to strategic business development. With more than 20 years of experience in designing and delivering corporate workplaces, he now takes on a growth-focused leadership role, where he will drive business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion while leveraging his extensive expertise in the design-and-build ecosystem.
Prior to joining Flipspaces, Saurabh served as AVP – Design at Smartworks and Senior Director – Design at Redbrick Offices. He also held key leadership positions at Skootr Offices as Head – Design & Projects and Head – Design & Architecture, where he led large-scale workplace design, project execution, and transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at ANJ Group, HBO+EMTB, NRM Interior Construction, M Moser Associates, and N+B Design Studio, building a strong reputation for delivering innovative, enterprise-grade workspace solutions.
After more than two decades of experience in the design and build of corporate offices, having led design and project functions across renowned organizations such as M Moser Associates, Skootr, Smartworks, and others, Saurabh has now embarked on a new chapter by moving into business development at Flipspaces. His deep understanding of workplace strategy, client engagement, and project delivery uniquely positions him to build meaningful partnerships and drive business growth.
