Manian SGS has been appointed as Director – Head of Administration & Facilities at enGen, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning over two decades across administration, facilities management, operations, and large-scale corporate services. In this leadership role, he is responsible for steering end-to-end administrative strategy, strengthening facility operations, enhancing workplace efficiency, and ensuring seamless business support for enGen’s fast-growing operations in Chennai. With his deep experience in vendor management, compliance, infrastructure planning, and multi-location administration, he is set to elevate enGen’s workplace ecosystem to new levels of reliability, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Before joining enGen, Manian served as Associate Director at Mindsprint for over nine years, where he was instrumental in managing facilities for complex environments and enabling business continuity across dynamic operational landscapes. His leadership ensured robust service delivery, efficient vendor coordination, and strategic facility solutions that supported the company’s evolving business needs. His long tenure highlights his commitment, execution excellence, and ability to adapt administrative structures to scale.
Prior to Mindsprint, he gained critical experience with CBRE, managing facilities for Mindsprint (then Olam Information Services). His expertise in large corporate setups helped streamline processes, improve service quality, and strengthen operational frameworks within a short yet impactful tenure. His exposure to global facility management standards further shaped his capability to align local operations with international best practices.
Earlier in his career, Manian worked with UDS (Updater Services) as Key Account Manager for HCL, TANSTYLE Leather Products, and CURA Healthcare, holding roles across administration, HR, statutory compliance, vendor management, project execution, and pan-India travel management. These roles enriched his operational versatility and enabled him to build expertise in handling multi-disciplinary responsibilities—from legal coordination to new project acquisitions and employee relations. Each position strengthened his ability to implement structured, efficient, and scalable administrative systems.
His professional journey began with reputed organizations including RATTHA Holding Company, Chemoil Corporation, Tech Mahindra, Siemens, and L&T Infotech, where he developed solid foundations in administration, travel operations, finance coordination, facility oversight, and client relationship management. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage large teams, drive operational excellence, and create high-performance administrative environments.
