Pallavi Barua has been appointed as Deputy General Manager – CSR at Larsen & Toubro, bringing extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, strategic development, employee engagement, and sustainability initiatives. Her decade-long association with Tata Communications has given her strong expertise in leading CSR functions and developing impactful programmes aligned with organisational and community priorities.
Pallavi joins Larsen & Toubro after 10 years at Tata Communications, where she headed the CSR function and played a significant role in restructuring the company’s CSR strategy and employee volunteering initiatives. During her tenure, she worked across various leadership positions, including Director – CSR, Global Head – CSR, Associate Director – CSR, Senior Manager – CSR, and Manager – CSR.
Across her career at Tata Communications, Pallavi contributed to strengthening the organisation’s CSR framework while driving employee participation and volunteering programmes. Her experience in CSR leadership, strategy, stakeholder engagement, and programme development has enabled her to work closely with diverse teams and create initiatives focused on meaningful social impact.
In her new role at Larsen & Toubro, Pallavi is expected to leverage her extensive CSR experience to further strengthen the organisation’s social impact initiatives and support strategic community-focused programmes.
