Amit Dhiman has been appointed as Head – Manufacturing HR at JK Cement, bringing extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, and manufacturing HR leadership across leading Indian organizations. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening HR strategy and employee relations across the company’s manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining JK Cement, Amit served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources C Head of Employee Relations (Corporate) at Bennett Coleman Co. Ltd., where he handled HR and employee relations responsibilities across corporate and manufacturing environments.
Earlier, Amit served as Manufacturing HR & IR Head (Corporate) at Bata India Limited and spent around seven years with Hero MotoCorp as General Manager – Human Resources. These roles further strengthened his expertise across manufacturing HR, employee relations, workforce management, and HR leadership.
Amit began his career journey with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where he served as HR Lead. With experience spanning Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp, Bata India, Bennett Coleman C Co., and JK Cement, he brings a strong understanding of manufacturing HR and employee relations to his new leadership mandate at JK Cement.
