Abhinav Agarwal ,FRM elevated to Director – Investment Banking at Elara Capital (India) Private Limited. With over 18 years of experience across investment banking, capital markets, business transformation, and financial services, Abhinav has built a strong career spanning product development, regulatory initiatives, strategic business development, and client relationship management.
Prior to joining Elara Capital, he spent over nine years at the NSE India, where he served as Chief Manager and led initiatives across primary markets, including IPOs, NCDs, REITs, InvITs, and startup listing platforms. His responsibilities also included product enhancement, regulatory advocacy, stakeholder engagement, sales and marketing initiatives, and developing new business models.
Earlier, Abhinav was a Consultant – Capital Markets at Infosys Consulting, where he worked on business transformation and regulatory initiatives for global investment banking and wealth management clients across the APAC region. He began his career with HSBC as a Relationship Manager, gaining foundational experience in financial services and client management.
