Er. Akhilesh Singh has been appointed as Project Head – Jhansi at Emami Realty Limited (Emami Group), marking a significant milestone in his accomplished career in project management and real estate development.
With over a decade of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, Akhilesh has developed strong expertise in project planning, execution, site management, team leadership, and delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments. His career reflects a consistent focus on operational excellence, quality execution, and timely project delivery.
In his new role at Emami Realty Limited (Emami Group), Akhilesh will lead project operations in Jhansi, overseeing end-to-end project execution while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards. He will play a key role in driving project efficiency, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting the company’s vision of delivering world-class real estate developments.
Prior to this appointment, Akhilesh served as General Manager at Mars Group and SSSE Group. Earlier, he held Project Manager roles at SSS Group and Mars Developers & Buildtech (I) Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully managed multiple construction projects and strengthened project execution capabilities. He began his professional journey as a Site Engineer at SCMG Consultants Pvt. Ltd., building a strong technical foundation that has shaped his leadership approach over the years.
