In this role, he will lead the company’s strategic growth, business expansion, operational excellence, and organizational development, while driving innovation and strengthening its position in the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector.
Prior to this appointment, Prashanth served as Chief Operating Officer at Senvion, where he played a pivotal role in establishing end-to-end operations and localization capabilities in India. He successfully led the setup of multiple manufacturing facilities for wind turbines, built robust operational frameworks, and managed large-scale manufacturing and business operations, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and execution capabilities.
Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Nordex/Acciona Wind Power and as Director – Projects & Operations at Acciona Energía, where he led major projects across the wind energy value chain. His career also includes over thirteen years with GE, where he held the position of General Manager and gained extensive experience in project execution, operations, engineering, and business leadership, building a strong foundation in the global energy and infrastructure sector.
