With more than 14 years of experience in international business, strategic growth, market expansion, and commercial leadership, Manish has built an impressive track record of establishing and scaling businesses across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, CIS, and South Asia. His expertise spans cross-border commercial strategy, exports, channel development, strategic alliances, revenue growth, and building sustainable growth platforms across both developed and emerging markets.
Prior to joining MASCO NuAg, Manish served as Senior Manager – International Business at Quba Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., where he led business development and go-to-market strategies across the Middle East, Africa, and CIS markets. He played a key role in strengthening channel networks, expanding market presence, developing commercial strategies, and driving business growth across multiple international geographies.
Earlier, he held leadership positions at EAU Bathing Solutions Private Limited, Somany Ceramics Ltd., and Jaquar & Company Private Limited. Across these organizations, he successfully drove international sales, established new market footprints, built high-performing distribution networks, launched products in global markets, and delivered sustainable revenue growth across Europe, CIS, the Middle East, and North Africa. He began his professional journey with HCL Infosystems Ltd., gaining early exposure to business development and market engagement.
