With over 15 years of experience across human resources, business partnering, talent acquisition, payroll management, employee engagement, compliance, learning & development, and performance management, Jyoti brings extensive expertise in building people-centric workplaces and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Her experience spans diverse industries, where she has successfully led HR transformation, culture-building, and employee retention initiatives.
Prior to joining Celoxis, Jyoti served as Human Resources Manager at TechSpawn Solutions, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, talent development programs, performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic workforce planning. She also held the position of HR Manager at Mas Callnet India Private Limited, where she led HR business partnering, compliance, employee relations, payroll, and talent management functions.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Kama Group as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, driving HR operations, compensation & benefits, compliance, recruitment, and organizational development initiatives. Her professional journey also includes impactful roles at Vodafone, BT E-Serv India, Mercer India, and EBIX Software India, where she gained extensive experience across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, training, workforce engagement, and strategic HR planning.
