Rudra Pratap Singh has joined IIFL Home Loans as Assistant Vice President – RSM, marking a significant milestone in his growing leadership journey within the housing finance and commercial real estate sector. In his new role, he will focus on expanding business presence across Bangalore, driving profitable and high-yield growth, strengthening distribution networks, and managing large, high-performing sales teams to scale the business sustainably.
With strong experience across home loans, loan against property (LAP), lease rental discounting (LRD), commercial construction finance, and developer/channel sales, Rudra has built deep expertise in mortgage business development, portfolio management, P&L ownership, and strategic sales leadership. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to build scalable business operations while driving profitability and customer-centric growth.
Prior to joining IIFL Home Loans, Rudra held multiple leadership roles at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, where he most recently served as Regional Sales Head – Commercial Real Estate. During his tenure, he managed large mortgage portfolios, led business expansion initiatives, and drove regional profitability through strategic sales execution, stakeholder engagement, and strong portfolio quality management. He also played a key role in managing commercial construction finance, inventory finance, and LAP businesses across multiple regions.
Earlier, he spent over four years with Godrej Capital, where he held positions including Cluster Head – Loan Against Property and Cluster Head – Home Loans & LAP (Developer & Channel Sales). In these roles, he led large sales teams, developed builder and channel partnerships, drove regional business expansion, and managed end-to-end mortgage operations across Bengaluru and surrounding markets. His tenure significantly strengthened his expertise in developer financing, strategic alliances, and channel-driven growth models.
His professional journey also includes experience at L&T Finance and earlier stints with Hindustan Times Learning Centers Ltd. | Softpro India Computer Technologies (P) Ltd. With a strong combination of sales leadership, financial expertise, and strategic business acumen, Rudra is well-positioned to contribute significantly to IIFL Home Loans’ continued growth and market expansion.
