Manikandan Nadimuthu appointed as Assistant General Manager – Plant Head at Patil Group, where he will lead plant operations and drive production excellence at Pail Rail Infra Limited. With extensive experience across manufacturing, cement, engineering, and process industries, he brings strong expertise in plant management, operational efficiency, maintenance planning, and production administration.
Prior to joining Patil Group, Manikandan served as Plant Head at CHETTINAD MORIMURA SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIAL PRIVATE LIMITED, where he was responsible for overseeing plant KPIs, capacity utilization, operational performance, quality management, and new product development initiatives. His leadership focused on ensuring smooth plant operations while aligning production capabilities with long-term business growth and customer expectations.
Over the years, he has built a diverse global career spanning leadership roles with Neelkanth Group Africa, Lake Cement Ltd, Dalmia Bharat Group, and Saint-Gobain India Private Limited – Glass Business. Across these assignments, he has successfully contributed to process improvement, plant engineering, mechanical operations, maintenance strategy, and team leadership across India and international markets including Tanzania.
With more than a decade of experience in large-scale industrial operations, Manikandan is recognized for his ability to optimize plant performance, improve operational reliability, and build high-performing production environments. In his new role at Patil Group, he is expected to play a key role in strengthening manufacturing capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth trajectory.
