Ravi Chittuluri appointed as Senior General Manager – HR at Apitoria Pharma Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, bringing with him over 26 years of rich experience across HR, IR, administration, and organizational transformation within the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.
Over the course of his career, Ravi has built a strong reputation as a strategic HR leader with deep expertise in talent management, industrial relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and business transformation. His ability to align people strategies with business objectives has enabled organizations to drive operational excellence, strengthen employee engagement, and build sustainable leadership pipelines.
Prior to joining Apitoria Pharma, Ravi held senior leadership roles with organizations including Neuland Laboratories Limited, Hindware Sanitary Ltd., NRB Bearings Limited, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Zuari Cement Ltd., Global Green Co Ltd., and Ushodaya Publications. Across these assignments, he successfully led large-scale HR operations, wage settlements, culture transformation initiatives, compliance frameworks, leadership development programs, and employee engagement strategies while managing complex unionized environments.
