Kaustubh Kunal has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – PMO and Project Monitoring & Control at Skootr Offices. In this role, he will lead the enterprise PMO and Project Monitoring & Control function, overseeing strategic governance, execution management, and operational oversight across large-scale workspace development and transformation initiatives. He will also be responsible for strengthening project governance frameworks, driving execution discipline, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, commercial priorities, and client delivery commitments.
Prior to joining Skootr Offices, Kaustubh served as Senior Manager – Project Management & Business Development at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where he led business development and strategic initiatives for private sector clients across North India. Before that, he spent approx four years at CBRE, managing project operations and PMO functions across large-scale corporate and workspace projects, further strengthening his expertise in project execution, stakeholder management, and operational leadership.
Earlier in his career, Kaustubh worked with organizations such as 91Springboard, ANJ Group, where he gained extensive experience across project management, construction coordination, planning, scheduling, monitoring, quality assurance, and site execution. He played a key role in overseeing projects from design and execution through technical closure and handover, while also driving coordination among contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
With nearly a decade of experience in project management, PMO governance, workspace development, and operational execution, Kaustubh brings a strong execution-focused and process-driven leadership approach to his new role. His appointment at Skootr Offices reflects the company’s focus on strengthening project governance, operational excellence, and scalable execution capabilities as it continues to expand its workspace solutions portfolio.
