At Atlass Partners, Sumit is building a boutique, partner-led firm focused on delivering context-first search, deep market intelligence, and absolute discretion. The firm already has a growing footprint across India, the Middle East (UAE), and Africa, catering to both startups and large enterprises across functions such as HR, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Engineering. Dexterr, a key innovation from the firm, blends AI-driven insights with human expertise to enhance hiring decision-making without losing the personal touch.
Prior to this, Sumit held leadership roles at Hallmark Search Partners and ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, where he managed search businesses, drove P&L performance, and led enterprise talent solutions at scale. His experience also includes senior roles at AMS and its subsidiary FlexAbility, where he was instrumental in building and scaling RPO and project hiring businesses across India.
Earlier in his career, Sumit contributed to organizations such as Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd., SREI Sahaj eVillage Limited, and Pearson India, gaining deep exposure to employability, skilling, and strategic initiatives. With over two decades of experience spanning HR, staffing, and talent strategy, Sumit’s journey reflects a consistent focus on building scalable talent ecosystems—now culminating in his vision to create a differentiated, tech-enabled hiring platform through Atlass Partners.
