He also briefly held the position of Assistant General Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate and previously served as Assistant General Manager at Runwal Enterprises, strengthening his leadership credentials in tendering, contracts, and billing processes within high-value real estate portfolios.

Earlier in his career, Vikas held key cost management roles at Gleeds and WT Cost Management India, where he specialized in post-contract administration, quantity surveying, and financial control mechanisms. His long tenure at Arcadis further enhanced his expertise in costing, budgeting, and commercial management across diverse infrastructure and development projects.

Vikas began his professional journey in construction and billing roles with organizations such as Bhanu Construction, Aapte, Sane & Associates, and Bharucha & Company, steadily building a strong foundation in site engineering and post-contract management. With deep-rooted expertise in contracts, cost optimization, and governance frameworks, he brings a comprehensive, execution-focused approach to Indiabulls Limited.
