Nitish Gupta has been appointed Senior Vice President – Technology at NimbusPost, a leading AI-powered logistics and shipping enablement platform and subsidiary of XpressBees. The appointment strengthens NimbusPost’s leadership team as the company accelerates platform innovation and automation-led logistics at scale.
A technology leader known for first-principles thinking and execution discipline, Nitish brings deep expertise in building resilient, production-grade logistics systems that translate operational complexity into scalable digital platforms. He previously co-founded Shippigo, where he owned product direction, engineering architecture, and execution from inception to scale. Following its acquisition by Emiza Supply Chain Services Pvt. Ltd., he served as CTO, driving enterprise technology strategy across Warehouse Management (WMS), Order Management (OMS), Logistics Management (LMS), fulfillment orchestration, billing automation, and control-tower capabilities while building high-performing engineering teams.
At NimbusPost, Nitish will lead the end-to-end technology vision, platform architecture, engineering execution, and data strategy. He will be responsible for ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across products while aligning business goals with technical execution to enable faster innovation and durable growth. He will also act as the company’s single technology voice to leadership and the board, bringing clarity to long-term platform decisions.
