Ranjith Kumar Pasupula appointed as Head of Recruitment – India at Candescent, bringing with him a deep track record in regional hiring strategy, leadership hiring, and building scalable, high-performance talent acquisition engines. Based in Hyderabad and operating in a hybrid model, he now leads India-wide recruitment with a clear focus on data-driven hiring, employer branding, and building diverse, future-ready talent pipelines aligned to Candescent’s growth agenda.

Ranjith most recently served as Talent Acquisition Leader – Asia Pacific & Japan at NCR Voyix, where he drove the regional hiring strategy across key markets including India, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Japan. Leading a team of 20 TA specialists (including 3 managers), he consistently enabled the successful hiring of nearly 1,200 professionals annually, partnering closely with senior leadership to align talent strategy with evolving business priorities, workforce plans, and expansion goals.

Prior to that, within NCR Corporation, he played a pivotal role as Senior Manager & Manager – Talent Acquisition, heading end-to-end hiring for Software Engineering and strategic technology verticals. He designed post-offer engagement frameworks to improve joining ratios, built strong direct-sourcing models to reduce vendor dependency, and even led the transition from Taleo to Workday, improving recruiter productivity and recruitment operations. Earlier, at NTT DATA, GE, Virtusa, and Sagacia Soft Technologies, he sharpened his expertise in full-lifecycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, TA reporting & analytics, and large-scale team ramp-ups, including scaling managed services teams from 20 to 350 employees.

With over a decade and a half in Talent Acquisition, Ranjith is known for his ability to blend strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and mentoring TA teams to deliver predictable, high-quality hiring outcomes.
