In his new role, Prakhar is at the forefront of driving innovation across the portfolio—championing process automation, GenAI-based enablement, enterprise-wide reporting via Power BI, and developing next-level knowledge management frameworks. He plays a critical role in community development, governance model enhancement, leadership reporting, budgeting cycles, and monitoring key IT operational metrics. His responsibilities also include steering strategic talent management for premium B-school cohorts, ensuring capability development and leadership readiness for future business needs.
Prior to this elevation, Prakhar made powerful contributions in his earlier roles as Manager and Senior Consultant, where he worked across a diverse spectrum of high-impact initiatives. He led product enhancements for global film studios, delivered key digital solutions for international clients, and spearheaded an iOS application project that was showcased in New York. His work on cloud migration programs—supported by his certification as a Scrum Master—further strengthened Capgemini’s cloud transformation capabilities across geographies.
His leadership journey also includes architect community stewardship, strategic consulting for the merged Cloud and Custom Apps practices, and the creation of GTM assets across multiple industries. Prakhar has been instrumental in crafting frameworks, optimising processes, and enabling stronger collaboration between cross-functional teams.
