Before joining Aditya Birla Health Insurance, Dr. Yogesh was associated with ICICI Lombard for over 13 years, progressing across multiple roles including Customer Service Manager, Manager – Health Management Team, Chief Manager, and Associate Vice President. His journey reflects deep operational understanding and the ability to scale processes that align medical decision-making with business direction and regulatory compliance.
Dr. Yogesh began his career in the insurance ecosystem as a Medical Advisor and Cashless Executive, building a solid foundation in medical case assessments, TPA coordination, and customer support. His transition from frontline operations to strategic leadership demonstrates a career trajectory shaped by domain expertise, process innovation, and a strong commitment to improving health insurance experience for stakeholders.
In his new role, Dr. Yogesh will oversee in-house cashless operations, drive faster approval systems, and enhance claim transparency to support a seamless and empathetic customer journey.
