Based in Hyderabad, she is responsible for driving commercial planning, strengthening key partnerships, and enabling data-backed decision-making across the organisation.
Before joining Matrix Pharma Corp, Sowjanya served as Manager – Sales & Business Development at Aragen Life Sciences for nearly four years. During her tenure, she significantly contributed to expanding client portfolios, enhancing customer service management, and driving business development initiatives across diverse scientific and commercial functions. Her wide skill set spans business relationship management, customer engagement, sales strategy, and operational execution.
Prior to Aragen, she worked for over seven years at Lee Pharma Ltd as Assistant Manager – International Business Development, where she managed global operations, export processes, international client acquisition, and strategic business partnerships. Her efforts played an important role in enhancing the company’s international presence across multiple therapeutic areas.
