Archana Rana has taken on the role of Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition, Mfg Research & Technology, and Leadership Hiring at Reliance Industries Limited. With over a decade of experience in recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, and large-scale talent operations, she now leads the talent charter for mission-critical roles aligned to manufacturing, research, and technology priorities across the organisation.
Prior to this role, Archana served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Reliance, overseeing leadership hiring for engineering, operations, and technology functions, including CTO-level and functional head mandates. Her tenure was marked by strengthening enterprise hiring frameworks, improving sourcing efficiency, and building robust talent pipelines through market mapping, capability frameworks, and employer branding initiatives.
Before joining Reliance, Archana worked with Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., where she led hiring across 13 manufacturing units, enabling large-scale manpower planning and executing recruitment for niche technical roles across plant operations, engineering, and safety. Her early career foundation was shaped at Wipro, where she contributed to government affairs and stakeholder alignment.
Archana is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur (PGCHRM) and holds an MBA in HR. Her role now focuses on strengthening leadership hiring strategy, future skill mapping, and capability development to support Reliance’s innovation and growth agenda within manufacturing and technology-driven verticals.
