Abhishek Kumar Patel appointed as General Manager – Marketing at Signature Global, bringing more than 15 years of experience across luxury residential real estate, SaaS products, telecom, and coworking segments in both Indian and US markets. Based in Gurugram, he now leads brand and product marketing initiatives for Signature Global’s premium residential developments across the region.
Prior to joining Signature Global, Abhishek served as AGM – Marketing at Smartworld Developers, where he played a pivotal role in building the positioning, pre-launch and ongoing campaigns for high-value luxury projects such as The Edition. His responsibilities also extended to content strategy, construction update communications, and cross-functional collaboration to support sales and customer engagement across projects including Smartworld Orchard and Gems.
His earlier experience includes a leadership stint at GreyOrange as Senior Marketing Manager supporting global automation and robotics solutions through content strategy, research, and strategic campaigns. Before that, he held the role of Deputy General Manager – Marketing at 360 Realtors LLP, leading marketing strategy for commercial real estate operations across India with a focus on digital lead generation and brand building.
With a foundation built through key assignments at Sobha Realty, Business Octane Solutions, Tata Teleservices, and Dun & Bradstreet, Abhishek has developed deep specialization in end-to-end marketing—spanning digital communication, brand storytelling, product positioning, omnichannel campaign management, and high-intent lead funnel development. His expertise is complemented by a PGDM in Marketing and a foundation in English Literature.
In his new mandate, Abhishek will steer brand strategy, product visibility, campaign innovation, and market positioning for Signature Global as the company continues to scale its presence in the NCR luxury housing segment.
