Tulika Darbari has been appointed as the Marketing Director at Infonikka, bringing with her a rich and diverse marketing leadership journey spanning global technology, engineering, digital transformation, and IT solutions. With over 15 years of experience across multinational environments and high-growth organisations, she steps into this role with deep expertise in brand building, communication strategy, and market expansion initiatives.
Before joining Infonikka, Tulika served as Manager – Marketing & Communications at Hexaware Technologies, where she led integrated marketing initiatives across global markets. Her work contributed to enhancing Hexaware’s brand visibility across 28 countries through strategic storytelling, partner-focused communication, and impactful campaigns designed around the company’s partnerships with global technology leaders.
Her earlier tenure at SoftTech Engineers Ltd. further strengthened her leadership in the AEC technology domain. As General Manager – Marketing Communications, she played a pivotal role in positioning the company across Asia, North America, and the Middle East, steering digital branding initiatives, product communication strategies, and global partnership campaigns. She also held marketing leadership roles at Cybage Software, managing brand and communication efforts for North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Tulika’s foundational years at SA Technologies Inc., First Spot First Media, FSS, GlobalData, and her early internships at Cognizant and HCLTech have collectively shaped her strong command over integrated marketing, global communication frameworks, digital strategy, and market intelligence. Across these roles, she honed her ability to craft narratives, lead cross-functional teams, and drive brand-led business outcomes for technology-driven organisations.
In her new role at Infonikka, Tulika is expected to spearhead brand strategy, digital marketing initiatives, stakeholder communication, and customer engagement programs, aligning the company’s positioning with its long-term innovation and growth roadmap. Her broad sector expertise and global exposure position her to elevate Infonikka’s marketing vision and strengthen its presence across markets.
