With nearly two decades of technical, operational, and scientific experience across India’s leading pharmaceutical organizations, he steps into this elevated role with a strong track record of building robust formulation strategies, driving quality transformation, and leading high-performance technical teams.
Prior to this appointment, Nainesh served as Process Development Expert – Associate Director at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he spent over four years spearheading formulation development, process optimization, and commercial-scale troubleshooting for global markets. His expertise in scientific root-cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and data-driven product improvements played a central role in resolving critical quality challenges and enhancing product reliability. His leadership extended to coordinating cross-functional teams across analytical, regulatory, and production units, ensuring timely execution and seamless technology transfer.
Before rejoining Intas, he also contributed significantly as Manager at Intas Pharmaceuticals from 2018 to 2021, where he strengthened formulation development practices, built collaborative frameworks across departments, and drove improvements in manufacturing and technical operations. His capabilities in troubleshooting, influencing stakeholders, and systemizing development practices strengthened overall operational agility for the organization.
Nainesh’s earlier journey includes impactful roles at Apotex Research, where he managed formulation technology transfer and played a vital role in scaling products from lab to commercial manufacturing. His grounding years at Torrent Pharmaceuticals, where he spent seven years as Research Scientist, helped him develop deep scientific understanding, hands-on formulation expertise, and a strong foundation in pharmaceutical research methodologies. Across each organization, his consistent ability to diagnose problems scientifically and deliver practical, scalable solutions has distinguished him as a technical leader in the industry.
