Prior to Signature Global, Poonam served as Head of Sales & Marketing at Purvanchal Real Estate Developers LLC in Dubai, where she led business development initiatives and expanded the brand’s footprint in the region. Her role involved overseeing sales, customer engagement, strategic partnerships, and global expansion efforts to position the brand competitively in international markets.
Before her leadership stint in Dubai, Poonam contributed to Paras Buildtech India Private Limited as Senior General Manager, where she played a key role in strengthening channel partnerships and driving sales outcomes across Gurgaon’s competitive real estate landscape. Her earlier tenure at Worldwide Management Group further honed her capabilities in sales operations, stakeholder management, and market-driven strategic planning.
Poonam also brings valuable luxury market experience from Sobha Realty, Dubai, where she worked across premium residential segments, customer experience strategies, and high-value sales cycles. Her foundational real estate roles at Purvanchal Projects, Spaze Towers, and Ajnara India Ltd. shaped her understanding of end-to-end real estate lifecycle management—from project positioning and channel strategies to portfolio performance and customer acquisition.
