Prior to joining Aon, Nitish served as Assistant Vice President at Zoom Insurance Brokers, where he led key client relationships, improved retention outcomes, and supported large corporate accounts through data-driven benefits consulting. His earlier role as Senior Manager – Retention at the same organisation saw him anchor renewal negotiations, enhance customer experience, and develop targeted strategies to improve policy persistency.
Nitish’s career spans multiple leadership positions at Zoom Insurance Brokers, including roles in H&B placements, deputy management, and core account handling. His contributions across these functions have strengthened his expertise in designing health insurance programs, coordinating with insurers, and delivering seamless execution for corporate clients.
Before his tenure at Zoom, Nitish gained extensive experience at India Insure Risk Management & Insurance Broking Services, where he managed mid-to-large corporate portfolios for over four years. He also worked with Mercer as a Senior Analyst and began his early career at IBM as a Quality Analyst, building strong analytical and operational skills that continue to support his work in the insurance domain.
