With over nine years at EXL, Ashish has been instrumental in shaping technology-led transformation strategies, modernising legacy systems, and delivering scalable digital solutions. His leadership across multiple roles—including Assistant Vice President, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager—has been central to strengthening EXL’s L&A platform capabilities and enhancing operational efficiency for global clients.
Prior to joining EXL, Ashish gained extensive experience at CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), where he spent over six years as a Lead Business Analyst, overseeing solution design and business process optimisation for the insurance sector. He began his career at Wipro Limited as a Senior Software Engineer, building a strong foundation in software delivery and enterprise system integration—skills that continue to inform his strategic leadership today.
