Anwesa Sen has joined Digital Web Solutions as Head of Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development, while aligning people practices with the company’s business objectives. Based in Gurugram, Anwesa will also oversee HR governance, policy design, and organizational culture enhancement to drive sustainable growth.
Before joining Digital Web Solutions, Anwesa served as General Manager – Human Resources at Almonds Ai , where she led end-to-end HR functions across talent management, compliance, and HR automation. She played a key role in optimizing people processes, enhancing employee engagement, and building a culture of innovation and collaboration. Her people-first approach, strategic mindset, and analytical perspective were instrumental in strengthening the organization’s HR framework.
Earlier, Anwesa was associated with Fortuna Colours & Prints LLP as Manager and Head – HR & Admin, where she managed recruitment, employee relations, and performance systems. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles at Innovision Limited and Chola Business Services Ltd (part of Cholamandalam Group), where she gained extensive experience in HR operations, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management across diverse industries.
With over 12 years of experience in human resources, Anwesa brings deep expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and culture building. Her proven record of driving HR transformation, enhancing employee experience, and implementing data-driven HR systems positions her as a valuable leader for Digital Web Solutions’ continued growth and people excellence journey.
