Baiju Sukumaran has joined Future Solar as Senior General Manager HR, where he is leading the full HR function with a focus on talent acquisition, culture building, retention strategies, and organizational development. In this role, he is driving HR frameworks that support workforce stability and performance while shaping a people-first culture in the growing renewable energy sector.
Before taking on this role, Baiju served as General Manager HR at GREW Solar in Ahmedabad. There, he contributed to scaling organizational capabilities by strengthening talent management systems, employee engagement outcomes, performance practices, and HR operational excellence. His efforts played a key role in supporting business expansion and enhancing team productivity within the solar manufacturing environment.
He has also previously worked as Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition at Future Solar, where he led hiring strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines and technical capability in renewable energy operations. Prior to this, Baiju spent three years with Rishabh Software as Senior Human Resources Consultant, where he drove talent acquisition, culture development, HR policy frameworks, and leadership enablement initiatives across multiple teams.
Earlier in his career, Baiju held HR leadership positions across Helios Solutions, Odysseus Solutions, Acentering HR, Talent Anywhere, Lodha Group and Punj Lloyd Limited. With more than two decades of experience, Baiju has built a strong reputation for driving organizational transformation, HR digitalization, culture-building programs, leadership development, and people-centered business strategy.
