Rushina Shah appointed as Vice President – Business Development at Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds, a pioneering brand in the sustainable luxury and lab-grown diamond segment. Based in Mumbai, Rushina will be leading strategic growth initiatives, expanding retail and B2B partnerships, and driving market presence for Limelight’s eco-conscious diamond offerings.
Before joining Limelight, Rushina served as Head of Business Development at BlueStone for over five years, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s retail footprint, developing new business channels, and strengthening customer engagement in the premium jewellery market.
She has previously held key leadership positions across reputed lifestyle and fashion brands including BrandzStorm India, Voylla Fashions, Modi Revlon, and Baggit, where she managed retail operations, distribution sales, and strategic partnerships.
Rushina’s early career at Fossil India Pvt. Ltd. and Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri & Sons helped her build a strong foundation in luxury retail and corporate sales. With over two decades of experience in the jewellery, fashion, and accessories industry, she brings a rich blend of brand-building, sales leadership, and customer experience expertise to her new role at Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds.
