Kirti Sharma has been appointed as Chief People Officer at CloudKeeper. In her new leadership role, she will be driving people strategy, culture transformation, and organizational development initiatives across the company’s growing global footprint. Her appointment underscores CloudKeeper’s commitment to strengthening its talent ecosystem and fostering a high-performance, employee-centric culture.
Before joining CloudKeeper, Kirti was associated with TO THE NEW, where she spent nearly 11 years in various leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President – Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in digital transformation, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives, mentoring HR teams and enhancing people experience across all levels of the organization.
Earlier in her career, Kirti worked with PNB Housing Finance Ltd., where she handled people experience and engagement at corporate, zonal, and branch levels. Her efforts in revising HR policies, improving employee engagement, and implementing an HR ERP system added significant value to the organization’s people processes within the BFSI sector.
Kirti’s professional journey also includes key HR roles at The American Swan Lifestyle Company Private Limited, MAQ Software, and ITC Ltd.. With over 15 years of experience in talent management, product management, and process improvement, her appointment at CloudKeeper reinforces the company’s vision of empowering its people and advancing organizational excellence.
