Based in India and operating in a hybrid capacity, he will now lead HR functions across multiple business units, focusing on enhancing talent retention, leadership effectiveness, and workforce agility at WNS.
Robin’s journey with WNS spans more than nine years, reflecting his consistent growth within the organization. Prior to his new appointment, he served as Group Manager – HR from 2022 to 2025, where he was instrumental in developing employee engagement initiatives, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and strengthening performance management frameworks. Before that, as Deputy Manager – HR from 2016 to 2022, he played a crucial role in recruitment operations, training and development, and HR analytics, significantly contributing to organizational growth and culture transformation. Before joining WNS, Robin gained strong foundational experience in operations management. At Datamatics Financial Services Limited (DFSL), he served as Senior Team Leader – Operations, overseeing client servicing and operational excellence initiatives.
