Rashi Batra has been elevated to Senior Vice President – Human Resources at MedTherapy Biotech. With over two decades of experience, she brings a unique blend of strategy, empathy, and purpose to her leadership role. At MedTherapy Biotech, Rashi will be spearheading global HR and Talent Acquisition functions across Noida and Boston, focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, and strengthening organizational culture within the healthcare domain.
Previously, Rashi served as Vice President – Human Resources at Emonics LLC, where she led HR operations across the US and India. Her leadership contributed to aligning workforce strategies with global business objectives, fostering collaboration and operational excellence across geographies.
Before that, she held the position of Vice President – Human Resources at Flentis Corporation, where she played a key role in scaling FlentisPRO, a SaaS-based Vendor Management System (VMS) platform. Her efforts focused on process automation, digital transformation, and enhancing talent systems for global clients.
Earlier in her career, Rashi worked with organizations such as Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd., Shriram Automall, Tybros India Tours Pvt. Ltd., and Convergys, where she led HR strategy and people operations across industries like IT, BPO, and hospitality. Her career is defined by her commitment to building inclusive workplaces and aligning human capital with business growth.
