Kishor Kanse has been appointed as the National Head at Madhavbaug, one of India’s foremost names in preventive and cardiac care. In his current role, he spearheads business strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion while driving organizational scalability and profitability. At Madhavbaug, Kishor leads multiple verticals including sales, marketing, operations, and P&L management. His mandate involves not only driving sustainable business growth but also fostering innovation in patient engagement and service delivery. He has been instrumental in building high-performing teams, nurturing key alliances, and integrating digital strategies that have improved customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand loyalty. Under his guidance, Madhavbaug continues to strengthen its national presence through its robust network of over 350 clinics and 4 hospitals, combining Ayurveda’s wisdom with the precision of modern medicine.

Before his current appointment, Kishor held key leadership roles at Clove Dental (Whistle), where he served as Senior General Manager – Business Operations and Strategy, and earlier as Head of Sales. At Clove Dental, he led nationwide expansion, scaling operations from metropolitan cities to a pan-India presence. He successfully established new experience centers, built a team of over 500 professionals, and achieved a tenfold increase in revenue during FY 2022–23. His strategic direction enabled improved profitability, data-driven decision-making, and the introduction of innovative white-label product lines.

Prior to that, Kishor was among the founding leadership at Toothsi, serving as Sales Director, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. As one of the earliest core team members, he conceptualized and launched the Self Impression Model, expanded business operations internationally, and introduced E-commerce white-label products. His innovative approach led to significant year-over-year revenue growth and positioned Toothsi as a leading player in the digital dental care space. His earlier experiences with WhiteHat Jr, CMS IT Services, and NIIT Limited further strengthened his expertise in business operations, sales leadership, and scaling digital-first models across diverse industries.
