Avneet Singh, A-CSM® has been appointed as Assistant Vice President at EXL. Based in Delhi, Avneet brings over 17 years of experience in IT program management, agile delivery, and digital transformation across multiple global organizations.
Prior to this role, Avneet served at ITC Infotech for more than four years, where he rose to the position of Senior Project Manager. During his tenure, he led enterprise-scale digital initiatives, facilitated agile transformations, and managed cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions. His strong background in Agile and SAFe methodologies has enabled him to drive efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across technology programs.
Earlier, Avneet worked as a Project Manager at Espire Infolabs in Leeds, UK, where he successfully managed customer engagement and delivery for key clients, and at NIIT Limited for over 12 years as an IT Project Manager, overseeing multiple global projects in learning and digital transformation domains.
Certified as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM®), Avneet is known for his ability to blend technical leadership with strategic delivery management. His appointment at EXL highlights the company’s focus on strengthening its agile-led digital operations and project delivery excellence.
