Beginning as Purchase Manager (Agri-Input) and progressing through roles as Senior Manager Purchase, he has played a pivotal role in vendor development, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing. His leadership has helped streamline procurement processes, enhance supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across key agricultural categories.
Before joining DeHaat, Mayank worked with Trident Group India as Procurement Manager, where he managed large-scale cotton procurement operations. His expertise in supply chain management and vendor coordination contributed to efficient resource utilization and quality assurance across sourcing cycles. His experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes for one of India’s leading textile groups provided a strong foundation for his subsequent roles in agribusiness.
