Amit Dubey has taken on the role of General Manager at KDU Group, where he is leading the NavCom division from Dubai, UAE. With over two decades of experience spanning defense, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, Amit brings a deep understanding of strategic leadership, innovation, and technology-driven business development.
Founded in 2005, KDU Group has established itself as a global player delivering cutting-edge solutions across marine and industrial services through collaborations with leading global partners. With more than 50 international alliances and an in-house R&D center at Dubai Maritime City, the company continues to pioneer innovations that enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety in its operations. Amit’s leadership is expected to strengthen KDU’s mission of continuous innovation and excellence in delivering dependable and secure solutions worldwide.
Before joining KDU, Amit served as Head of Business Development and Innovation at Linamar Corporation, a global advanced manufacturing leader in automotive, industrial, and energy solutions. At Linamar, he played a crucial role in driving strategic growth and innovation, leveraging his expertise in performance management, entrepreneurship, and international business.
Earlier in his career, Amit held senior leadership roles at KEPL, where he led marketing, sales, and program management initiatives, contributing to significant business growth and strategy formulation. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Kirloskar Brothers Limited, heading the Marine and Defence Sector, where he oversaw business development, sales targets, and divisional expansion across critical industrial and defense domains.
Amit’s professional journey began with a distinguished career in the Indian Navy, where he served for over nine years as a Commissioned Officer and Command Information Technology Officer at WNC, Mumbai. His tenure in the Navy honed his technical expertise, leadership, and operational discipline, which continue to define his approach to innovation and strategic management in the private sector.
