In this capacity, Anshu will lead the External Manufacturing vertical, focusing on developing and executing strategies that optimize outsourcing efficiency, risk management, and supply continuity. His leadership will play a pivotal role in expanding Intas’ footprint across the US and global markets by building partnerships with TAA and non-TAA compliant CMOs. Before joining Intas, Anshu served as Director and Head of External Manufacturing at Jubilant Pharmova Limited, where he successfully established and operationalized the External Manufacturing function. His tenure saw the implementation of comprehensive manufacturing strategies that led to accelerated CBE-30 filing approvals, improved supply chain resilience, and enhanced portfolio diversification. His contributions were instrumental in ensuring timely product launches and maintaining uninterrupted supply to both commercial and government channels, reinforcing Jubilant’s position as a trusted partner in the global pharmaceutical supply network.

Earlier in his career, Anshu held senior leadership roles with industry majors including Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Hikma Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Sandoz, Wockhardt, and Ranbaxy. Across these organizations, he demonstrated exceptional skill in technology transfer, vendor management, project lifecycle governance, and in-licensing/out-licensing deal execution. His leadership has consistently driven efficiency, innovation, and strategic partnerships, contributing to the successful delivery of complex global projects and regulatory submissions.
