Before joining Xencia, she was associated with Cloudxchange.io (now NuSummit) for nearly five years, where she served as Senior Client Partner. In this role, she managed strategic alliances and partnerships with global technology leaders such as Microsoft, Google, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Commvault, and Veeam. Her deep understanding of multi-cloud environments and client success strategies played a pivotal role in expanding Cloudxchange’s enterprise reach and solidifying its position as a leading multi-cloud managed services provider in India.
Annette’s journey with Cloudxchange began as Manager – Business Development, where she was instrumental in driving new business initiatives and developing cloud-based solutions tailored for diverse client needs. Her focus on strategic engagement, relationship building, and market expansion helped the company achieve consistent growth in a competitive cloud landscape. She successfully navigated complex sales cycles and fostered partnerships that contributed significantly to organizational success.
Earlier in her career, Annette served as a Client Relationship Manager at Shivaami Cloud Services Pvt. Ltd., where she led enterprise and SMB client relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnerships. She also developed key strategic relationships with major OEMs and vendors, strengthening the company’s cloud ecosystem offerings. Her experience in Australia with PROVAS as a Senior Consultant further expanded her international exposure, providing her with a nuanced understanding of global business operations and client expectations across regions.
Annette began her professional journey with the Indian School of Business, where she was part of the executive team overseeing co-curricular activities, giving her a strong foundation in organizational leadership and people management.
