Chandraprakash Jain has been appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at ControlCase, a leading provider of compliance, risk, and cybersecurity solutions. With a proven record of transforming global HR operations and leading multi-country human capital strategies, Chandraprakash brings over two decades of rich experience in HR transformation, analytics, and digital enablement.
Before joining ControlCase, Chandraprakash was the Vice President – Human Resources at Teleperformance, where he led Global Business Services (GBS) HR operations across India, the Philippines, Egypt, South Africa, and Colombia. His tenure at Teleperformance was marked by several transformative initiatives — including implementing AI-powered HR helpdesk systems, driving automation across HR processes, and leading a 540-member HR delivery team servicing 150,000 employees globally. He also spearheaded the HRO Solutions practice, establishing the company as a leader in digital HR transformation.
Prior to his successful stint at Teleperformance, Chandraprakash held leadership roles at WNS Global Services, Standard Chartered Bank, and Deutsche Bank. At WNS, he served as Associate Vice President, leading HR analytics, consulting, and transformation initiatives for global clients. He also worked on designing and implementing next-generation HR solutions and Centers of Excellence for HR operations and analytics. His earlier experience at Standard Chartered and Deutsche Bank further strengthened his expertise in HR management information systems, analytics, and process re-engineering across diverse geographies.
Chandraprakash began his professional journey with AXA Business Services, where he played a pivotal role in setting up business intelligence and analytics capabilities for HR management. Over the years, he has built a reputation for leading large-scale digital HR transformations, integrating tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, and ServiceNow to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
