Dhananjay Pandey has recently been appointed as Deputy General Manager at Schneider Electric India. With over 12 years of experience in automation and instrumentation, Dhananjay specializes in delivering building automation solutions that enhance energy efficiency, improve occupant comfort, and streamline facility management. His expertise spans client relationship management, solution-based selling, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
Prior to this role, Dhananjay served as Senior Sales Manager at Schneider Electric, where he managed the Pune region and drove a business growth target of INR 220 million. He oversaw a team of direct reports and worked closely with channel partners to expand market presence in Goa. His responsibilities included managing accounts across end users, consultants, EPCs, OEMs, and panel builders, while providing technical and commercial support to generate revenue.
Before joining Schneider Electric, he held key positions at Yokogawa India Limited as Assistant Sales Manager, where he managed product marketing and sales for the West region, driving a business growth target of INR 500 million. Dhananjay has also worked with CHINO Corporation India, Evio Private Limited, and Rentokil PCI, gaining experience in sales, business development, automation projects, and system integration.
