Hemant R. Sharma has been appointed as Deputy General Manager – Formwork at Montecarlo Limited in Ahmedabad, India. With over 18 years of extensive experience in formwork, scaffolding, and production management, Hemant brings a wealth of expertise in planning, execution, and optimization of construction projects. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing formwork systems across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and efficient resource utilization.

Prior to joining Montecarlo Limited, Hemant served as Assistant General Manager at Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. in Mumbai, where he managed organization-wide formwork operations. He led planning, logistics, procurement, and technical evaluation of formwork systems while implementing contemporary solutions such as Mivan, Doka, and RMD. Hemant also developed training programs for engineers, foremen, and site supervisors, along with comprehensive MIS reporting and productivity plans to improve efficiency on projects.

Hemant has held key positions at leading companies such as KEC International Ltd. and JMC Projects (India) Ltd., where he managed large-scale formwork operations for metros, bridges, and high-rise residential projects. At KEC International, he coordinated with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution while optimizing formwork performance and asset utilization. During his tenure at JMC Projects, he successfully oversaw more than 25 sites, ensuring effective material usage, site coordination, and timely project completion.

Earlier in his career, Hemant contributed to production and formwork management in companies like Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd., Pranav Constructions Pvt. Ltd., and Awal Gulf Manufacturing Co., Bahrain. He demonstrated strong capabilities in plant operations, fabrication, press shop management, CNC programming, and manpower allocation. Hemant also played a key role in vendor development, quality assurance, and team training, implementing 5S and Kaizen methodologies to improve operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Hemant has developed deep expertise in formwork and scaffolding systems, project management, production supervision, and asset optimization. His leadership has enabled the successful execution of complex construction projects across India and abroad, consistently emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity. Hemant continues to drive modernization in construction processes and mentors teams to achieve excellence in formwork management.
