Pankaj Vinayak has been appointed as General Manager – Enterprise and Head – Leadership Practice at TimesPro, based in the Greater Delhi Area. In this role, he will lead the organization’s leadership development initiatives, collaborating with leading corporates to co-create impactful, future-ready leadership programs. He will also mentor a team of account managers to design research-driven, client-centric learning solutions that align organizational strategy with leadership capability enhancement.
Before joining TimesPro, Pankaj was associated with SHL as Account Director – Solutions, Global Strategic Accounts, where he managed enterprise relationships across markets and drove over $2 million in annual SaaS solution sales. His role involved advising CXOs on leadership talent management, implementing AI-driven assessment solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes for global clients.
Earlier in his career, Pankaj worked with organizations such as Pearson, Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), GEMS Skills India Pvt. Ltd., and Right Management, where he led diverse mandates across talent assessment, leadership development, and human capital consulting. His experience spans business development, account management, and solution design across multiple sectors, enabling clients to strengthen organizational and people capabilities.
With over a decade of expertise in leadership and talent consulting, Pankaj has built a strong reputation for driving enterprise learning solutions that blend strategic insight with practical implementation.
