Amjad Ansari has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – Business Development at Altruist BPO Services. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving growth across sectors and industry verticals in the BPO business.
Amjad brings with him over two decades of experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management across global ITES and BPO organizations. His extensive career includes leadership roles at iads & events, Concentrix, One Point One Solutions, Lumina Datamatics, Housing.com, Exela Technologies, Tech Mahindra, and Firstsource.
At iads & events, Amjad led the India Sales and Client Management team, driving exhibitor growth and managing events across markets. His earlier roles at Concentrix and One Point One Solutions involved leading business expansion initiatives, nurturing CXO-level relationships, and managing bid processes for domestic and international clients.
Throughout his career, Amjad has been recognized for his strategic acumen in business growth, bid management, and building long-term partnerships across regions including the UK, Europe, APAC, and India. His appointment at Altruist BPO Services marks another step in his continued journey of enabling business transformation and client success in the outsourcing sector.
