Sandeep Dutta has been appointed as the Head of Recruitment at ReBIT (Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.), where he will lead the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy. In his new role, Sandeep will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment frameworks, aligning hiring plans with business goals, and driving ReBIT’s vision of building a future-ready workforce.
With extensive experience in people leadership and recruitment transformation, Sandeep brings a strong understanding of talent strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding. His role will also focus on implementing innovative sourcing models, AI-driven recruitment processes, and strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Before joining ReBIT, Sandeep held several key leadership positions, most recently serving as Senior Leader – Talent Acquisition and Process Transformation at Altimetrik, where he optimized recruitment outcomes, accelerated hiring turnaround times, and built scalable hiring strategies for global business units. Prior to that, he worked as Talent Hiring Head at Acies Global, leading enterprise hiring programs, campus engagement, and digital branding initiatives.
Sandeep’s career journey also includes impactful stints with leading organizations such as IBM, where he managed People & Culture operations and staffing strategy, and Rupeek, where he served as Director – Talent Acquisition, strengthening recruitment operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. His expertise in end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and process excellence has established him as a seasoned HR leader.
With his appointment at ReBIT, Sandeep Dutta is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent ecosystem. His leadership in recruitment innovation and strategic hiring will be instrumental in driving ReBIT’s mission of advancing technology excellence within India’s financial and banking ecosystem.
