Before joining Sugam Group, Deepak served at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for nearly six years, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving organizational transformation, designing robust HR frameworks, and championing employee-centric initiatives. His leadership was marked by his ability to integrate technology and analytics into HR processes, ensuring agility and scalability in a rapidly changing business environment.

Prior to Mynd, Deepak held key HR leadership positions at renowned organizations such as Morphogenesis, InterGlobe Technology Quotient, and Dream India Schools.
