Pawan Agarwal has been appointed as the Vice President – Human Resources at Suez India. Based in Gurgaon, Pawan will lead the HR function, overseeing talent strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation initiatives to support Suez India’s growth and sustainability goals.
Prior to joining Suez India, Pawan served as HR Director – Industrial, Projects & Services at Alstom, where he contributed to strategic HR initiatives across India’s transport sector. His previous roles at Alstom included HR Head for the Digital & Infrastructure Systems business and Director – Talent Management APAC, where he led talent development and leadership pipeline programs across the Asia-Pacific region.
Pawan began his HR journey with OCFL and went on to hold leadership positions at Cleave Global e Services, M G Gases, and Bechtel Corporation. He later played a key role at GE as HR Business Partner for Rotating Equipment, driving workforce strategy, leadership development, and culture alignment. With over two decades of experience in diverse HR domains, he has built a reputation for excellence in organizational transformation and people leadership.
At Suez India, Pawan’s focus will be on enhancing employee experience, enabling digital HR processes, and aligning talent strategy with business growth. His appointment reflects Suez’s continued commitment to advancing its people-first approach and strengthening its leadership capabilities within the Indian market.
